Inside EO Silicon Valley, it becomes more than strategy and scaling.

It’s the friendships you didn’t expect—the ones that show up when it matters most.

It’s the retreats that give you space to think… and the breakthroughs that change how you lead.

It’s the moments where business and life intersect—where your family becomes part of the journey, too.

It’s the conversations, the rooms, the experiences that quietly transform who you are.

Because sometimes, the biggest growth isn’t just in your company— it’s in you.

Building a business can feel lonely.
Late nights. Big decisions. Quiet wins no one sees.

But the right community changes everything.
Inside EO Silicon Valley,
you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Real founders.
Real conversations.
Real growth.

A space where you can be honest about the highs…
and the struggles behind them.

Where leaders become better— not just in business, but in life.
Find your people.

Build something bigger than yourself.

Entrepreneurship can feel lonely—but it doesn’t have to stay that way.

In this message, Sindhu Srivastava shares a powerful reminder: the right community can change everything. When you surround yourself with people who truly understand the journey, isolation turns into connection, and challenges become shared experiences.

At EO Silicon Valley, you’re never building alone—you’re growing alongside founders who get it.

✨ Find your people
✨ Share the journey
✨ Grow together

Because the strongest entrepreneurs aren’t the ones who do it alone—they’re the ones who choose not to.

Growth doesn’t come from staying comfortable—it comes from showing up.

Former EOSV Marketing and Communication Chair Sia Bani reminds us that EO isn’t about sitting back—it’s about leaning in. The more you engage, contribute, and serve, the more you gain in return.

Because real growth happens when you step in, not step back.
💡 Get involved
💡 Show up consistently
💡 Give to grow

In EO, what you put in is exactly what you get out.

Last week, the leadership team of EO Silicon Valley and regional council gathered at Chaminade Resort & Spa for a focused day of alignment, strategy, and forward thinking.

Behind every great chapter is intentional leadership.

The board came together to exchange ideas on how to grow and strengthen our community—exploring ways to increase chapter membership while ensuring every member makes the most of their time in EO.

From meaningful discussions to strategic planning sessions, the goal was clear:
create a stronger, more valuable experience for every entrepreneur in the room.

Because growth isn’t just about numbers—it’s about impact, engagement, and the value we bring to each member’s journey.

EO Silicon Valley leadership team is committed to building impactful experience for every member. Please reach out to any board member or our Chapter Manager if you have ideas or want to roll up your sleeves and help shape our chapter’s direction.

We’re excited to welcome 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗛𝘂𝘆𝗻𝗵 as a new 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 (𝗦𝗔𝗣) of EO Silicon Valley.

Richard is a tax strategist and attorney who works closely with founders and business owners navigating growth, complexity, and liquidity events. With over 12 years of experience across Ernst & Young, PwC, boutique law firms, and as an in-house tax attorney at a startup, he brings a practical, operator-minded approach to tax planning.

His expertise spans income tax optimization, entity structuring, estate planning, and business succession—helping entrepreneurs make disciplined decisions as their businesses scale and their personal and business finances become more intertwined.

Richard’s work is focused on one thing: helping founders preserve wealth, manage risk, and plan intentionally for both the short and long term.

We’re proud to have him as part of the EOSV community and he will join us at the upcoming Chapter Retreat, please say hi when you see him.
