How about this for A3?
FROM VCHS ATHLETICS DEPT

On May 23, at Municipal Stadium, sophomore Theron Kay tossed a complete game three hitter and doubled in two runs in the top of the eighth to provide the margin of victory for the Warriors in a 4-2 win over top seeded Palo Alto. In addition to being a standout member of the Valley Christian varsity water polo team, Theron is one of the most dominant pitchers in the area as a sophomore.

He also carries a 4.26 grade point average, is an award winning Classical and Jazz pianist, a member of our first Jazz ensemble, a gifted composer and recently received a summer scholarship at the Campana Jazz Festival….

Congratulations to Coach John Diatte and his staff on the great win last night and good luck in the CCS Division I championship game at Municipal Stadium on Saturday night, May 26 at 7:00.

SUPPORT OUR TROOPS RALLY

Students rallied around the troops today through exhibition pull-ups & chin-ups, a band concert, writing letters to soldiers and having a great time in the quad with friends.

Members of the Marines were on hand to encourage those brave enough to do pull-ups or chin-ups in front of the entire student body.

The rally was planned and sponsored by the VCHS Support Our Troops club.
