The Warehouse Project

The Warehouse Project The Warehouse Project is a community hub for sharing, donating, and renting props, sets, and costumes for theater and events.

We support local artists and schools by giving new life to used materials and making stagecraft more accessible and sustainable. The Warehouse Project exists to give new life to used theatrical materials while nurturing the next generation of stagecraft artists. Through generous donations of props, costumes, sets, and equipment, we build a community resource hub that supports hands-on training in

the technical and visual arts of theater. We believe in the power of collaboration, creative reuse, and accessible education to grow a stronger, more sustainable performing arts community, one prop, one student, and one show at a time.

Thank you for being part of The Warehouse Project!!

As the year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This year has been about building foundations. Together, we have grown a supportive community, received generous donations of sets, props, drops, and costumes, and taken important steps toward making The Warehouse Project a real and sustainable resource for our local arts ecosystem. None of this would have been possible without your trust, encouragement, and belief in what this project can become.

Every conversation, donation, shared idea, and message of support has helped shape this vision. What started as a dream continues to grow into a collective effort rooted in collaboration, access, and care for the performing arts community.

As we look ahead to 2026, I am hopeful and excited. My biggest wish for the coming year is that the dream of securing our own space becomes a reality. A space where we can finally develop The Warehouse Project fully, care for the materials entrusted to us, and begin offering courses, workshops, and learning opportunities for artists of all ages.

Thank you for walking this path with us. I wish you a joyful end of the year and a 2026 filled with creativity, health, and meaningful projects. I look forward to everything we will continue building together.

With gratitude and love,

Patricia.

Big News! The Warehouse Project is officially a 501(c)(3)!

We’re thrilled to announce that The Warehouse Project has officially received its 501(c)(3) nonprofit approval from the IRS! This milestone means that all donations are now fully tax-deductible, and we can continue building our dream of supporting Bay Area theater and arts education with even greater impact.

Thank you for being part of this journey from a small garage dream to a growing creative hub. Your support is what keeps this project alive.

With gratitude and excitement,
