Meet Prasana—an SVBC donor and local Googler who uses a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) to maximize personal giving and impact on building safe streets.

More than a decade ago, Prasana accidentally sideswiped a cyclist. No one was hurt, and the cyclist responded with remarkable grace—suggesting he donate to Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition.

That moment changed everything. Today, after 12+ years as an SVBC DAF donor and advocate, Prasana continues to champion safer streets and more connected communities.

“Safe infrastructure isn’t a luxury—it’s about protecting human lives.”
