Our annual Polenta Dinner with Tricarico Social Club. The dedicated Tricarico faithful came and prepared an absolutely wonderful dinner for almost 200 people tonight. We came hungry and we left happy, stuffed and ready for a nap! A tradition that is at least 15 years long. Mangia!

Come check out the Italian American Heritage Foundation tomorrow, Saturday, May 2, as we participate in the City of Mountain View Cultural Fair! We will have information about our organization, our local events, membership and our highly anticipated 44th Annual Italian Family Festa. We will also have crafts on hand for the kiddos to do! We will be there from 11 am - 3 pm. Hope to see you there!

Start with the community booths.

The Multicultural Festival on Saturday, May 2 will feature local organizations sharing culture through traditions, language, art and storytelling. Each booth offers a chance to learn directly from the people who shape Mountain View.

Explore all participating groups at MountainView.gov/MulticulturalFest.

April’s Cena Fuori at the Pasta Market in San Jose.

We had a group of 41 tonight. Ana and her staff were very gracious to us. Great food and great company! Did you know The Pasta Market makes their pasta homemade every 2 days? They go through about 70-80 lbs every 2 days. Their cannoli shells are handmade also! We will be back.

Thanks to Ken for another great choice for dinner!

The crab feed held last night at the Italian American Heritage Foundation was a lively and memorable evening filled with great food and even better company. Guests gathered to enjoy piles of fresh crab, sharing laughs and stories as the night went on. By the end of the event, everyone had eaten to their heart’s content—and then some—leaving happily stuffed and already looking forward to the next gathering.

A huge thank you to Ken Borelli, Nanci Wilborn and their huge group of volunteers that kept the salad, Cole slaw, pasta bolognese, bread and crab flowing all night long!

Speaking of our next gathering… it will be our annual polenta dinner, held in collaboration with the Tricarico Club. It will be held on Sunday, May 17 at 4 PM. Stay tuned for more details and hope to see you soon!
