Our Fall Break Camp San José kiddos had a special visit from SJPD Officer Robert Mason yesterday! 👮‍♂️💙

Before his visit, the kids came up with their own safety tips to share with Officer Mason! The helpful tips included being kind to everyone & animals, not littering, always wearing your seatbelt, never texting & driving, and creating a secret password with your parents for safe pick-up!

Officer Mason answered all of their questions during a fun Q&A, joined the kids for an outdoor game, and of course, the highlight… getting an up-close look at his police car with the lights & sirens! 🚔🚨

A huge thank you to Officer Mason and SJPD for spending the afternoon with our campers and making their day extra special! 💙

Since Camden is closed tomorrow, our Senior Nutrition Program celebrated National Pancake Day today with a special pancake treat! Our participants enjoyed pancakes with their lunch and a little extra fun to kick off the weekend. 💛
