The 2026 Good Sam Showcase of Miniatures workshop lineup is now available!

Join us on Friday, October 9, 2026, at the DoubleTree Hotel in San Jose, California, for a full day of miniature-making, learning, and inspiration. This year features 14 incredible workshops taught by talented miniature artisans.

Workshop descriptions, schedules, pricing, and registration forms are now available at www.GoodSamShowcase.org.

Please note that class sizes are limited, and some workshops may fill quickly. Registration forms must also be submitted by the deadlines listed for each workshop.

Mark is an IGMA Fellow in Furniture, creating everything from 18th and 19th century American furniture to early 20th century Japanese and Arts & Crafts pieces. Mary is an IGMA Fellow in Painted Tinware & Painted Accessories, known for beautifully recreating folk art antiques with Early American decorative painting.

We’re thrilled to welcome IGMA Artisan Member Christine Hannon to the Good Sam Showcase of Miniatures for the very first time!

Christine’s extraordinary 1:12 scale fine art miniatures combine technical precision with a painterly realism inspired by Dutch still life masters, William Harnett, and the Art Nouveau movement. Working in delicate layers of acrylic gouache, she creates stunning trompe l’oeil paintings, framed miniature artwork, decorative painted furniture, and beautifully detailed miniature décor that collectors instantly fall in love with.

Her work captures everything we love about fine miniature artistry: craftsmanship, historical influence, realism, and incredible attention to detail.
