🎉 Join the Los Paseos Birthday Club! 🎉

Make your Panther’s birthday extra special! For just $10, your child’s first name and last initial will be featured on the Los Paseos digital marquee with a special Happy Birthday message! 🎂🎈

Birthday Club orders and payment should be submitted at least 2 weeks before your child’s birthday so we have enough time to schedule their message. If their birthday falls on a weekend or holiday, the message will be displayed the Friday before.

📝 Need an order form? You can:

Pick one up at the Los Paseos front office
Or
Go to the ParentSquare app and search “Birthday Club” to print the form at home

💵 Cost: $10
Payment options include cash, check, or Zelle.

Completed forms can be returned to your child’s teacher or the front office.

It’s time to get ready for the 2026-27 school year!

Whether you're a returning volunteer or volunteering for the first time, MHUSD requires everyone to complete the volunteer approval process before helping in classrooms, at school events, on field trips, or with other activities.

🐾Returning volunteers: You must renew each school year and receive your new 2026-27 badge.

🐾New volunteers: The process includes the volunteer application, required documentation, TB clearance, LiveScan fingerprinting, a badge photo, and online training.

📅 Volunteer processing begins August 18
• Tuesdays: 3:00-6:00 PM
• Thursdays: 12:30-3:30 PM

Important: Current 2025-26 volunteer badges expire September 25, 2026, so don't wait until a volunteer opportunity comes up to start the process!

We have so many classroom activities, field trips and school events throughout the year that depend on our amazing volunteers. 💙💛

Room Parents help keep families connected, support teachers, assist with school events, share classroom updates, and help with fun things like teacher appreciation and door decorations. 🌟

Each classroom needs 1-2 Room Parents, so you can even team up with another parent! Make it Flexible and Fun

It’s a great way to be part of your child's school experience!

🪪A district volunteer badge is required. Please look for a FB post on how to obtain a volunteer badge.

Join us Wednesday, August 19 from 5:00-6:30 PM for Back to School Night! 💙

Start in the MPR to hear from our principal, then head to your child's classroom to meet their teacher, learn about what's ahead this year, and hear about upcoming activities and important dates.

🌮And don't rush home afterward! Stop by the blacktop for tacos and Kona Ice and spend some time connecting with other Panther parents and friends.
