K.R.I.S. Upbuilding the Life of Every Child We Touch! http://kidsriseinspiresoar.org/ Our story begins with Krissy Dufala, a TINY six year old with a BIG heart.

Krissy took a simple concept of GIVING and with the help of fellow do-gooders, launched a successful Campaign to bring smiles to orphans by funding parties full of SWEETS and TREATS. Her first party was held in the Philippines at the orphanage she had once called home. Before long, sweets parties would be enjoyed by orphans around the world. Be sure to visit our website, www.kidsriseinspiresoar.org, to donate money that will go towards celebrations full of fun, hope, and most of all LOVE for children who deserve it! From SWEETS PARTIES, to building PLAYGROUNDS, to organizing MISSION TRIPS and, finally, to building an ORPHANAGE CAMPUS, Krissy's work would continue to expand under the umbrella of KRIS Foundation. KRIS is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization whose goal is to positively impact the lives of children, both the disadvantaged and the advantaged by helping each one rise, inspire and soar and become a FORCE FOR GOOD in the world, CHANGING LIVES FOREVER.

What a joyful way to wrap up my stay at the KRIS Campus!

Thank you to the KDG Execom and Board members, partners and friends who came to celebrate with us.

We celebrated our amazing children, shared a wonderful meal, reconnected with familiar faces, welcomed new ones, and listened to their hopes and dreams. Nurses, pastors, teachers, a police officer, even a doctor—big dreams are alive at KRIS, and our children are encouraged to believe they can reach them!

A special moment was the signing of the KRIS Campus Covenant for Kids Empowerment and the values our children promise to live by. In return, the KDG Execom and Board shared words of wisdom and encouragement and renewed their commitment to stand behind our children and this ministry.

So much to celebrate—our kids, our teamwork, our mission, and most of all, God’s faithfulness!

What a blessing to welcome back our ever-reliable KIDS-KRIS Campus volunteer group, the United Riders Organization (URO), last Sunday!

Members came from different chapters, bringing not only willing hands but valuable skills. Some of them even helped build parts of our Campus years ago. This time, they joined us in planting fruits and vegetables, cleaning up, and giving the Admin Building interior a fresh coat of paint.

We always joke that whenever URO comes, it rains cats and dogs—so this time, we prepared plenty of indoor work just in case. And of course… it didn’t rain! 😊 We enjoyed a beautiful day of fellowship, service, and getting things done together.

Thank you so much, URO, for continuing to be such dependable friends of the KIDS-KRIS Campus. Special thanks to Joey Calvez for organizing the day. It was also wonderful to see his lovely wife, Cheryl, who served faithfully as our social worker years ago.

We are truly grateful for friends who keep coming back to serve our children and our mission. ❤️

We’re grateful for your flexibility in shifting from outdoor painting to replacing bathroom grout and giving the admin building a thorough cleanup.
