This October, Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence (NDS) is excited to lead Co**has for Love in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM)!
Co**has for Love is an NDS-led community campaign in partnership with local bakeries, community organizations, and Santa Clara County Public Health’s We All Play a Role (WAPAR) Campaign. Together, we’re using something as simple and meaningful as pan dulce to bring people together, spark conversations, and share information about domestic violence prevention and healthy relationships.
Through this campaign, NDS and our community partners are working together to promote healthy relationships, respect, connection, and support while raising awareness about domestic violence prevention.
💜 Buy a Purple Co**ha for Love!
From October 15–30, 2026, participating bakeries will offer purple co**has as part of the campaign. When community members purchase a purple co**ha, they’ll also have an opportunity to learn more about healthy relationships, respect, connection, support, and available resources.
Food has a special way of bringing people together, and we’re excited to partner with local bakeries and community partners to use this beloved tradition to create connection and raise awareness.
