Martin-Fontana Parks Association Saving our park trees, beautifying our park grounds and engaging community members.

The Martin-Fontana Parks Association was established to raise and provide funds to preserve and enhance the beauty of TJ Martin and Jeffrey Fontana parks with the City of San Jose, in a manner compatible with the delivery of safe and reliable power under the power transmission lines in the two parks. We are dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of TJ Martin and Jeffrey Fontana parks. These

parks, with beautiful native Oak trees, are located in Almaden Valley of San Jose, California. Funds are specifically used for pruning and enhancing vegetation in the parks.

The rose garden spring maintenance event Feb 16 went great. We had about 50 volunteers come and help. The Jeffrey Fontana Park sign was painted and refreshed, as well as the roses were pruned and pants trimmed. Thank you volunteers we appreciate you!

Hi everyone, if you have unused or unwanted electronics that you want to get rid of during your spring cleaning, this is a great way to recycle them. ♻️

Please mark your calendar for February 22nd. From 10 AM to 1 PM.

A recycling truck will be parked at the Graystone parking lot to collect your e-waste.

Amazing job this past Sunday mulching the five islands and trimming back the plants in Jeffrey Fontana Park. We had about 35 volunteers come out and work really hard. It was a fun event! Thank you Adopt-A-Park !

Hello all!
We have 3 amazing events coming up in the next few weeks and would love you to join us!

Friday, 9/27 - 9-11 am: Please join us!�
Adopt a Park has set up a corporate group to volunteer and fund a very large event to involve about 200 volunteers.
- We will be weeding and spreading mulch in the McAbee rose garden and along Golden Oak Way.
- We will also be cleaning up the Fontana playground and re-painting the fence, among other things.

Saturday, 9/28 - 9-11 am�
The Mayor's office has set up a beautification event.
- We will be painting a large mural on a fence structure in Jeffrey Fontana Park!
- We will be starting with a free pancake breakfast and will be joined by SJPD officers and the District 10 Council member.

Sunday, 10/20 - 9-11 am
MFPA cleanup in native gardens and rose garden areas along Meridian.
- Adopt a Park volunteer will have a public Event Bright to sign up.
