Jovan Yamagishi returns to Bay Area Surf!
We are extremely excited to welcome Jovan back to the Bay Area Surf family. Jovan brings a wealth of international and domestic experience and adds another proven leader to an already strong Girls coaching staff.
Having spent many years within our system, Jovan has a deep understanding of our player development philosophy, club methodology, and curriculum. His experience and familiarity with the standards that have helped make Bay Area Surf successful over the years will be a tremendous asset to our players and staff.

THREE TEAMS. THREE TITLES. 12-0 IN DAVIS.

Bay Area Surf’s U10 Pre-MLS, U11 Pre-MLS, and 2015 MLS NEXT teams are 2026 Davis Legacy Super Clasico Champions.

The Super Clasico has become one of the most competitive and highly demanded youth tournaments in the region, bringing together some of the best teams in Northern California, along with highly ranked teams from Southern California.

All three Bay Area Surf teams finished the weekend undefeated, combining to go 12-0 against top-level competition.

Special recognition to Coach Manny, who led all three groups throughout the tournament, coaching all 12 matches and winning all 12.

Congratulations as well to our Tournament MVPs:

Adriel — U10 Pre-MLS
Lukas — U11 Pre-MLS
David — 2015 MLS NEXT

A big thank you to Davis Legacy for organizing such a special tournament and creating a great environment for these young players to compete against some of the best.

Awesome weekend with the Surf U9 Girls Academy Blue team! They went 4-0 in the top bracket at the Rage Summer Cup. 8 different players scored goals this weekend. The only two that didn't play goalie and defense! It was an entire team effort. Let's go Surf!

Great preseason tournament in Santa Cruz with our U9 Black team, U10 White team and U10 Black team. Congrats to our U9 black and white for both coming in 3rd place and great job to the U10 Black team who played a year up 9v9 and tied 2 and only lost one. Great job!
