WHY WE RACE
Every Child Deserves a Future

For us, racing has always been about more than trophies and checkered flags.

We Race for Research because every child deserves the opportunity to grow up, chase their dreams, and experience their own victories.

The funds raised through our Gala, race, Celebrity Waiters, sponsor, and supporters benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and its mission to find cures and save children.

That is our purpose.
That is our why.

We are so excited to wish Caden Gillard the very best as he heads to Las Vegas! 🇺🇸🎶

Caden will perform at the Westgate Las Vegas on December 3 and 11, and sing the National Anthem at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo on Saturday, December 5!

We had the honor of hearing Caden’s beautiful voice when he sang the National Anthem at our Race for Research Race, and we know Las Vegas is in for something special!

Congratulations, Caden! Your Race for Research family is so proud of you and will be cheering you on! ❤️🏁

September is National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month—a time to honor the courageous children fighting cancer, remember those we have lost, and stand beside every family facing the unimaginable. 💛

This is why we Race for Research.

Through the generosity of our drivers, sponsors, volunteers, donors, and racing community, we raise funds to support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

We race for hope.
We race for families.
We race for a cure. 💛🏁

The wait is over! Online Celebrity Waiter registration is officially OPEN for the 5th Annual Race for Research Gala and Race! 🏁

Returning Celebrity Waiters and first-time participants are invited to join us for an unforgettable weekend of racing, fundraising, and making a difference for the children and families of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Registration is completely online this year. Once your registration, required information, and photos have all been received and approved, you’ll receive:

• Your official “Congratulations!” email
• A personalized bio page on the Race for Research website
• Your own link to begin collecting tips before the Gala

Share your link with family, friends, fans, and sponsors. Every tip raised will count toward your Celebrity Waiter total and will be included in the donation total benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Registration is open September 1, 2026 through April 1, 2027.

Celebrity Waiter registration opens in two days! Before you begin, make sure you’re ready to submit everything needed to complete your registration.

You’ll need:

• Your driver and contact information
• Information for your brief bio
• One photo of you in your driver’s suit (alone)
• One racing-action photo

Your registration will be considered received when the online form is submitted. It will be approved once all required information and photos have been received.

After approval, watch your email for your official “Congratulations!” message and personalized Race for Research webpage!

We’re excited to introduce something new for our 2027 Celebrity Waiters!

Once your online registration is complete and all required information and photos have been received and approved, you’ll receive a special “Congratulations!” email confirming your place as a Celebrity Waiter.

You’ll also receive a link to your own page on the Race for Research website featuring:

• Your photo
• A brief driver bio
• Your personal tip-donation link

You’ll be able to share your page with family, friends, fans, and sponsors and begin collecting tips before the Gala. Every tip will count toward your Celebrity Waiter total and the event’s donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

It’s almost time! 🏁

Online Celebrity Waiter registration for the 5th Annual Race for Research Gala and Race opens September 1, 2026!

Last year, our Celebrity Waiters included Micro Sprint, Sprint Car, asphalt Late Model, and Go-Kart racers—and this year, we’re inviting drivers from every type of motorsports to join us!

Whether you race on dirt, asphalt, two wheels, four wheels, or anything in between, you are welcome to register. Whether you have joined us before or this will be your first year, we would love to have you become part of this incredible group of racers supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Registration will be open September 1, 2026, through April 1, 2027. Watch our page for the official registration link!
