New language added! The mySCFHP member portal is available in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese, Tagalog, and now Russian! Seeing the member portal in your preferred language is simple. As long as your browser or phone settings are set to one of our supported languages, the member portal will automatically display in that language.

To access the member portal, search “mySCFHP” in the Apple App Store® / Google Play Store™, or visit member.scfhp.com. To register, just enter your name, member ID number, and date of birth. Happy exploring!

You can now add your member ID card to your mobile wallet with the mySCFHP app.

This new tool lets you see your membership information quickly and securely. You can use your digital card just like your regular card.
Show it when you:

• check in for appointments
• pick up medicine
• or need proof of membership.

To use your digital card, make sure you have the newest version of the mySCFHP app. Visit member.scfhp.com or search “mySCFHP” in the Apple App Store® or Google Play Store™ to download the app.

Strong communities start with strong connections.

The Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP) Community Engagement team was proud to join our members, neighbors, local organizations, and public safety partners at several National Night Out events across Santa Clara County, from East San José to Gilroy.

Held each year on the first Tuesday in August, National Night Out brings communities together to strengthen relationships, promote safety, and support healthier neighborhoods. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to connect with us. We look forward to continuing to serve our community.
