The workshops being offered for Friday and Saturday are by Sonja Berg-Hults. Sonja is a recently retired teacher. She went back to school in her 30's when her son was diagnosed with Autism she was determined to create interactive classrooms. This February workshop is how to put on an engaging, informative workshop. She is asking that everyone bring your tools. Computer, Ipad, Iphone with hotspots to share. We will be working together to learn with tools and resources used in classrooms. Do you have something that works? BRING your RESOURCES! Do you have a quiz or a tool that you use? BRING it! She would like you to come prepared to jump in, grow together and learn together. Friday will be learning how to do the research and plan. Saturday will be presenting and growing with suggestions and ideas on how to make the workshop better. It takes a village and a room of progressive club members to make things happen. Come and JOIN IN. WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER.

✨ Something beautiful is unfolding in Hollister… ✨

After months of dreaming, planning, fundraising, painting, designing, and believing — Palette & Pour Creative Hub is officially moving into our new studio space this week! 🏡🎨

Over the next 7 days, our empty space transforms into:

❤️ love and dreams being poured into every corner
🎨 Art tables and workshop zones
🛋️ A small boho style area to gather and connect
💖 A community hub built for kids, teens, families, adults and creatives of all kinds

We’ll be:
✔️ Moving in furniture
✔️ Building displays
✔️ Hanging signs
✔️ Setting up class spaces
✔️ Adding all the little touches that make it feel like home

And then… we will open our doors for our first workshops and events! 🎉

This space isn’t just a studio — it’s a nonprofit creative home for our community, where children discover confidence, teens find belonging, and adults reconnect with creativity. Our 501(c)(3) status is pending, but our mission is already in motion. 💫

If you’ve donated, volunteered, shared a post, encouraged us, or cheered us on — this week is for you too. Thank you for helping build something special in Hollister.

Stay tuned for sneak peeks, volunteer days, and our opening event announcements coming very soon… 👀✨

The doors are opening. The creativity is about to pour.

Your One Word for the Year is powerful—but sharing it makes it even more meaningful. When you share your word, you invite connection, accountability, and inspiration, encouraging others to reflect on their own intentions. Your word might be exactly what someone else needs to hear. Let’s inspire one another by sharing our words and cheering each other on throughout the year ahead.
