Through Agastya’s Young Instructor Learner (YIL) program, students take small steps that lead to lasting change in themselves and in others.

Meet 17-year-old Seema Sheikh, a former Young Instructor Leader (YIL), who is currently in the first year of a bachelor’s degree in nursing from PES Medical College in Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh. She wants to work in the anesthesia department of a hospital after completing her courses.
