With the emergence of COVID-19 threatening the normalcy of our community, we as CAMYL reflected upon the changes brought to our society by the dangers of the pandemic, and we decided to take action. Especially with many of our children’s education brought to a standstill, we found especially important the gift of learning, something many students lost this year.

As previously announced, we introduced the free online tutoring program to support our community. We had a very good response and happy to announce that phase one of this program is going pretty well. We have our first batch of students taking classes since last three weeks with help from tutoring volunteers. CAMYL is now open to phase two with opening registration for additional students and tutors, as all schools are closing this week.
