On Move Your Body Calm Your Mind Activation Day, AYC students participated in a variety of fun and engaging activities that promoted both physical wellness and mindfulness. Students enjoyed an exciting kickball game, cooled off with water ball activities, and took time to relax and build literacy skills through reading.
It was a wonderful day filled with movement, teamwork, laughter, and learning.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and supported our students in staying active while caring for their minds and bodies!
