Mount Lowe Preservation Society

Mount Lowe Preservation Society The Mount Lowe Preservation Society is a non-profit whose mission is to help secure and preserve history and artifacts about the Mount Lowe Railway. C.

The Mount Lowe Preservation Society, Inc., is a California non-profit organization that was formed by a handful of individuals with the intent to establish a permanent home to house and display memorabilia, artifacts, and literary works for the purpose of educating the public about the Mount Lowe Railway and its founder-builder and engineer, Thaddeus S. Lowe and David J. Macpherson, and for all to

enjoy. Among our goals outside of the museum are to:

◾Hold public educational lectures to generate interest and appreciation of this great historic landmark as well as participate in events to earn public support and knowledge
◾Publish materials including books, documentaries, and videos outlining the history of the individuals and events connected with the history of the Mount Lowe Incline Railway
