We're excited to share our new discovery report that provides an illustrative glimpse into the mental health of older workers in the U.S.

In the report, you'll get real stories and experiences from 32 older workers representing a diversity of backgrounds. You'll also get insights from eight experts from academia, nonprofit, and corporate backgrounds.

At the end, we share actionable insights for employers to better support older workers—insights that will support all workers, regardless of age.

From an early age, boys are told to be strong. “Whatever you do, don’t show emotion! Crying is a weakness!”

There are a lot of obstacles to men feeling able to talk about hard things going on, including their mental health. And many of these dynamics get translated into how men lead in the workplace.

Still, there’s an opportunity for a brighter future.

Mind Share Partners’ Bernie Wong, MHS hosted a roundtable called “Men, Mental Health, and the Future of Leadership” with distinguished men to discuss the stigma of mental health, positive developments in younger men, and their own personal stories. The guests included:
