"I believe education is the key to success, which is why I work so hard and take advantage of every opportunity at my high school. I am very grateful that Bay Scholars has granted me the ability to do so.

After high school, I hope to study Environmental Science in college. Then, someday I hope to get my Master's and my PhD. I want to make the world a more sustainable place for ALL of its inhabitants by working to reverse climate change, deforestation, and restore lost ecosystems."⁠

He is my inspiration, showing me how far hard work can get you -- and even when times are hard, you should still work towards your goal.
