The Juvenile Advisory Council (JAC) is part of San Francisco’s ongoing commitment to providing spaces and platforms for young people to become the change they want to see in the world. The JAC exemplifies the model and belief that clients have great potential for leadership within the Probation Department. Young people are proving, through the JAC, that they are the experts with the credentials to reach out and help other youth in need.
