Hi everyone! Join us this Friday for an energizing start to the day! We’re heading to Golden Gate for a refreshing cold plunge right at sunrise — the views alone are worth the early wake-up.

🕕 Meet at 6:00 AM at the 28 bus station at our campus to catch the bus
🌅 Arrive by 7:00 AM for the plunge
☕ Stick around after for coffee, snacks, and good company

There’s nothing like cold water, sunrise light, and a great group to kick off your Friday feeling alive. Come as you are — just bring warm layers and an adventurous spirit!
