Jews for Jesus We exist to support you in exploring Jewish life and faith in Jesus.

Most people assume Jesus only belongs to Christianity. But this Jewish man from Israel saw things differently. As a Jew, he actually LOVES the New Testament, and the teachings of Jesus.

When we asked him about Jesus, even though he was Jewish, he told us right away that he believed Jesus was one of the greatest human beings who ever lived. He shared how he actually draws wisdom from many different faith traditions and applies those lessons to his own life.

But this led to a fascinating conversation about the role Jesus plays in our lives. Because the belief that "Jesus is the Messiah" didn't actually begin as a Christian idea. It began as a Jewish one. Jewish! This man's own faith tradition!

Together, we explored the the promises of the Hebrew Scriptures, and why the question of the Messiah still matters today!

His openness, curiosity, and excitement made for a conversation we won't soon forget.

Whether you're Jewish, Christian, skeptical, or simply curious, this discussion offers a fresh perspective on one of history's most important questions:

Could Jesus be the Jewish Messiah? Watch the conversation and let us know your thoughts in the comments.

God encourages us to ask the hard questions…even the ones it may seem we have no business asking!

Because asking hard questions doesn’t discount your faith and trust in his plans…it’s shows you are pursuing it!

So keep asking!

Why does evil exist?

The question is simple and yet painfully difficult to answer. In the face of the horrors of war, acts of terrorism, or blatant antisemitism, we may find ourselves asking questions like these.

Why does God allow humans to do so many selfish and even wicked things? A search for the Bible's answer to the most difficult question.

The continued survival of the Jewish people is a testament to the existence, the provision, and the love of God.

The prophet Jeremiah wrote, ‘It is the Lord who provides the sun to light the day and the moon and stars to light the night, and who stirs the sea into roaring waves. His name is the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, and this is what he says: “I am as likely to reject my people Israel as I am to abolish the laws of nature!’” (31:35-36).

What a clear picture of God’s unending devotion. God keeps His promises! How can you trust Him today?

It’s very clear that *whoever* was buried in the garden tomb in Jerusalem isn’t there anymore…and to many, it’s obvious that this was a place where the miraculous took place! For the full conversation, visit the So Be It! YouTube channel!

Christians often make the claim that the “church” started at Pentecost in 33 AD. But do the scriptures actually make that claim? And what are the implications if we’ve gotten this wrong? Click the link below to unpack this assumption with us, and learn why getting this right is so incredibly important!

If we trace the roots of the New Testament language, the term “church” actually comes originally from the assembly of God's people in the Tanakh.

Having faith doesn’t necessarily mean having all the right answers. God is all-powerful, all-knowing, and infinite. We can’t possibly know everything there is to know about him in this finite realm. However, he still wants to reveal himself to us more and more, because he wants us to pursue him more and more. Faith is this gift that gives us the opportunity to trust while we keep asking questions, keep digging, and keep going after him.

What aspects of the character of God have you experienced personally for yourself?
