MEDICAL DIRECTOR OPPORTUNITY at thesecondopinion

Thesecondopinion is seeking a mission-driven Medical Director to lead our free, comprehensive, multidisciplinary second opinion program serving adults in California diagnosed with cancer. Founded in 1969 by visionary Bay Area physicians, the organization provides free, multidisciplinary second opinions that transform uncertainty into clarity, confidence, and informed treatment decisions.

For more than 55 years, thesecondopinion has ensured that no adult in California faces a cancer diagnosis without access to expert, unbiased guidance.

This is a part-time, hybrid-remote paid position (staff or consulting arrangement). It offers a unique opportunity to shape and grow an innovative, patient-centered model that expands access to expert oncology guidance at no cost to patients.
