This is a goodbye. After nine years effect.org is closing. Over the last 1.5 we’ve struggled to raise enough money to continue operating. We made the difficult decision to close down. A lot of work went into Effect.org, and we are so great for all of you that have supported our mission and work around the world.

At our Effect Institutions we take pride in giving the most we can to the children who have lived off of the least. It is the reason all of our workers labor tirelessly, day in and day out, to keep our operations running. We believe that, with enough care and time, the students at Effect will one day bring the kind of necessary effect their societies need to come that much closer to tranquility.

On today, we at Effect would like to give a huge Thank You to everyone who engages with our mission. We say Thank You to every loyal child and teacher that fills up our schools and keeps the process of knowledge running term after term. We say Thank You to every loyal volunteer and donor who funds our schools so that more at-risk youth in India and Nepal have a chance at aquring an affordable education. And finally we say thank you to every loyal follower, from every platform, who roots Effect on in our pursuit to make this world a bit more connected, a bit more empathetic, and a bit more progressed in the way the world is ran.
