Thank you to everyone who stands with San Francisco children all year long. Because of you, more than 15,000 children facing homelessness and poverty have received school supplies, books or tutoring since 2019. You can help us reach even more.

In San Francisco public schools, 1 in 24 students is experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. That's about one student in every classroom. You can help make sure every one of them has what they need to learn. Give now at https://urbanangelssf.app.neoncrm.com/forms/uasf2026

Last weekend, Urban Angels SF opened the Berkeley Model UN Delegate Workshop as this year's conference cause.

Nelson, Kirin and Miguel told a room full of student delegates about San Francisco children facing homelessness and poverty, and how young people are already helping through our Youth Ambassador Corps: running book drives, adopting a shelter for the holidays and spreading the word for Backpacks of Love. We'll be back with BMUN in November and March.

Together, we can make sure every child in San Francisco has what they need to learn.

Consistent tutoring gives students the time and individual attention to strengthen their skills, work through challenges, and build confidence.

For children facing homelessness and poverty, that kind of ongoing academic support can be difficult to access.

Urban Angels SF’s free, year-round Tutoring Program connects students with live, one-on-one instruction and the technology they need to participate from wherever they are.

With consistent support, students have more opportunities to make progress and succeed in school.

Education creates opportunity. But opportunity depends on access.

For San Francisco children facing homelessness and poverty, books, tutoring, school supplies, and consistent academic support may not always be within reach.

Urban Angels SF works with schools, shelters, and community partners to connect children and families with the educational resources they need to keep learning and moving forward.

Every child has potential. Together, we can help make sure more children have the opportunity to realize it.

13,000 people came together to laugh. And they left an impact that will reach far beyond one weekend.

Across six shows at The Masonic, and his audience showed up for San Francisco children in an extraordinary way.

Together, you helped bring in approximately 250 backpacks, 200 books, 100 pounds of school supplies, and more than $20,000 in direct donations to support Urban Angels SF's year-round work.

To Josh, his team, every person who brought an item or made a gift, and every Urban Angels volunteer who helped make the weekend possible: thank you.

The shows may be over. What you made possible is just beginning.

The housing crisis is an education crisis.

When children face homelessness or poverty, learning can become harder to hold onto.

Books help. Tutoring helps. School supplies help. Parent support helps.

Together, these programs give children more stability, more confidence, and more chances to keep learning.

A child’s education is not built by one program.

It is built by people who keep showing up.

Urban Angels SF volunteers help make year-round educational support possible for children facing homelessness and poverty in San Francisco.

Some tutor. Some deliver. Some organize. Some help behind the scenes.

All of it helps children access the books, supplies, support, and encouragement they need to keep learning.
