Immersing myself in my new upgrade project over the last week has brought up so much 'stuff'!...Not just for me however from the conversations I have been having with people from around the world.

The 'theme' of the chats however have been so consistent it is actually concerning me. So many women seem to be spending years playing it safe… waiting for the “right” time to start something.. the perfect plan to align, or even worse - a guarantee it will all work out.

I've found myself putting my 'eternal optimist hat' on so much this week and asking the question - "what if the greatest danger isn’t failure at all?"

What if the real risk is reaching this beautiful third act of life many of us are now in and realising you never gave yourself permission to even try.

Taking that first, scary, risky step and starting the business....taking the trip....
changing direction....speaking up.....or that crazy notion of actually beginning again!

Guess what...Fear will always whisper “what if it doesn’t work?”

However maybe the better question is actually What if it works?

What if this chapter becomes the one where you finally choose yourself?

Always good to get out from the ‘noise’ and clear the mind!
I love travelling whether it’s for business or pleasure…. Local or overseas… there’s alwa the unknown of what will unfold.
That’s part of the excitement of life… a part we sometimes allow the ‘noise’ to hide from us.

Body maintenance plays a huge part and picking the right ‘longevity team members’ is critical!😎 Super grateful for my ‘team’!
