I have a project boat. She’s a good boat with a solid, sea-worthy design. Addie needs a little love, but she’s a good start. First priority is safety.

Two new USCG approved fire extinguishers and a good electronic visual distress signal have been acquired.

A new life jack and throwable are on the way.

These shoes remind me of my roots.
Found on the side of the road
Seemingly new but with bad lace eyes
And no laces.
I reshaped the bad eyes
As well as I could
Then removed the ones I couldn’t.
Made laces out of bits of leftover line
And wore them since
Before the bus
From Appalachia to San Francisco
