Official Kickoff: 2026 Miss Teen Chinatown Scholarship & Charity Gala

The Search for the Next Generation of Leaders Begins!

We are proud to officially announce the beginning of the journey for the 2026 Miss Teen Chinatown Scholarship & Charity Gala!
Rooted in a 50+ year history with the San Francisco Chinatown Lions Club, this program is the premier platform for empowering young women of Chinese heritage.

What is the Miss Teen Chinatown Program?

It is a Scholarship and Leadership Development Program designed to cultivate academic excellence, community service, and cultural pride.
• A Commitment to Education: Every eligible participant competes for a share of our significant scholarship fund.
• A Focus on Community: The program provides participants with a direct platform to engage in philanthropic endeavors and support vital service needs within our community.
This eight-week journey provides intensive workshops and mentorship, culminating in a beautiful Gala where participants showcase their intelligence, poise, and commitment to service.

Get Involved: Be the Best!

• Future Participants: We are seeking ambitious, community-minded young women (ages 13 to 18) who are ready to gain invaluable life skills and earn scholarships for their college goals.
• Sponsors: We invite corporations, businesses, and community leaders to join us in supporting this mission.

Many thanks to our dedicated club members who came out early both days to set up our table, and to our Miss Teens who generously gave up their weekend to help. We also appreciate the shops, fellow Lions, and friends who stopped by and donated to our White Cane Days. A special thank-you to Lion Jamie for her wonderful face painting—the children loved choosing their own designs for their faces and hands!
