New Mission Terrace Improvement Association The New Mission Terrace Improvement Association (NMTIA) is a volunteer community group in San Francisco, CA dedicated to local issues in our neighborhood.

We hold monthly informational meetings for discussion of local issues and annual social events including a Fourth of July parade, Easter Egg Hunt, and neighborhood garage sale. We meet on the fourth Monday of January and February,
and the third Monday of every other month except fo

r July, August, and December. Meetings take place at 7 p.m. in the Ingleside Police Station Community Room. All are welcome to attend. Please join us!

Neighbors,
This Saturday, June 20, our friends at Giftology and the CheckIn are hostingj a magical Pride event featuring an open bar, appetizers, magic show and a performance by Ruby Red Munro to benefit Q***r LifeSpace.
All ticket sales and evening proceeds support accessible LGBTQ+ therapy services in San Francisco and across California.

Neighbors,

Looking for an opportunity to meet neighbors? Are your kids looking for community service hours?

The Excelsior Clean-Up starts at 11:00 AM at The Recovery Room: one hour picking up trash around the neighborhood.
All supplies are provided. SF Public Works coordinates to picks up the bags.

As an added bonus, the Civic Joy Fund provides a $15 credit toward food at The Recovery Room after the cleanup
The sandwiches are delicious and large. Kids love them.

There are a variety of cleanup routes, and you can get creative with routes closer to Mission Terrace if desired.
