CA JD Bethel 37, San Francisco Job's Daughters is a leadership organization for young women between the ages of 9 and 20.

Our members learn by having fun and are being prepared through everything they do to go out and become successful adults, contributing to society. Job's Daughters is a combination of the best components of a sorority, a girl scout troop and a church youth group. The members become like sisters and adults involved become mentors, in addition to the members mentoring one another. We are very much a

family organization striving to be the best young women we can be. When Job's Daughters was founded in 1920, Mother Mick believed that young women needed an organization to belong to that would strengthen their lives and their beliefs. It was in that mindset that Job's Daughters was founded, based on the biblical passage: "In all the land were no women found so fair as the daughters of Job, and their father gave them inheritance among their bretheren." -Job 42:15
