We’re thrilled to announce the unveiling of the official Jerry Day 2026 artwork — along with the release of our newest donor packages in support of this beloved San Francisco tradition and cultural asset.

Jerry Day 2026 takes place on August 1st at the Jerry Garcia Amphitheater in McLaren Park, marking nearly 24 years of music, building community, and a civic and cultural celebration in the city we love. More than a concert, is a gathering rooted in generosity, creativity, and the enduring spirit of Jerry Garcia — carried forward by neighbors, artists, families, and fans from near and far.

The 2026 artwork captures that joy and connection — honoring what came before while pointing toward another unforgettable day in the park.

As we prepare for this next chapter, we’re also exploring new avenues of funding and expanding our donor community — while keeping donor package pricing consistent with the past few years. These packages are a vital way to help ensure Jerry Day remains a free and inclusive event for all.

While we’re proud that Jerry Day and Friends of Jerry Garcia Amphitheater had a good initial conversation with Civic Joy Fund supporting us months ago, we’ve recently learned that we will not be receiving a grant form them in this cycle. We're putting this out there because a number of supporters have encouraged us to reach out to Civic Joy Fund, including members of the current mayoral administration.

We know a number of fellow community organizations and other individuals have been exploring this opportunity as well, and we wanted to share this update in the spirit of openness and mutual support.

The good news is that our work — celebrating community, music, and the legacy of Jerry Garcia in McLaren Park — continues stronger than ever.

If you believe in what Jerry Day brings to San Francisco each year, we invite you to support us directly. Every donation helps keep this free, all-ages, community-driven event thriving:
