San Francisco Drug User's Union SFDUU is a community-run harm reduction organization in the Tenderloin neighborhood of San Francisco

San Francisco Drug Users Union advocates at the local, state, and federal level for the protection and promotion of the health and wellness of people who use drugs. We operate a drop-in center in the Tenderloin in San Francisco, run by the local community, where we provide syringe services, referral support, and respite.
