It’s with our deepest condolences to that we say goodbye to Maggie Moo 🐮

This girl was adopted from back in 2014. She had bounced around in homes and in and out of the shelter before she found her place with us, being fostered by the amazing

She came to us with a variety of medical issues. We were able to do a lot of fundraising and thankfully helped us and sponsored a surgery for her. Once she came back with a clean bill of health, this beautiful girl was off to her forever home with We remember the day Hydro met his sister Maggie, it was meatball love at first sight. They were romping around, wrestling, snorting and were just absolutely meant to be.

She went to her new home and was spoiled rotten. So much love, activity, snuggles and snacks. She got the amazing home she deserved. We were glad to see her spoiled until her last moments. We lost an amazing bull today.. Rest In Peace Maggie 🐄❤️

We were contacted almost a year ago by someone looking to adopt a bully breed. They didn’t have breed experience but wanted to get more information and adopt responsibly. She signed up for private training lessons to get handling experience and even read books and watched training content. We had her fill out our adoption questionnaire, giving us more information about her lifestyle so we could find that perfect match when she was ready. Once she moved into bully breed friendly housing, we started the hunt. We were looking for a male in a specific age range that would be perfect for her hikes and beach trips and ready to snuggle on the couch. She met a few dogs on her own, but none clicked with her as the perfect match.

When we saw Remus with we got a feeling that he had something special going on. Watching his videos and reading his notes, he sounded like a good candidate for this adopter. We set up a date and drove to San Francisco to meet this chocolate ham of goodness and they hit it off 😍 After over an hour together we went over to the front desk and got the adoption process going. So happy to say this beautiful boy is out of the shelter and in his forever home for the holidays 🎄 🎁

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving 🦃 I let these guys know how much I appreciated them by taking them on a beautiful hike before all this 🌧 They of course also got an extra loaded dinner with goodies.

Couldn’t be thankful for these beautiful creatures and all the greatness they bring into our lives. The butt wiggles when you get home, the cuddles when you aren’t feeling well and the affectionate moments and companionship when you aren’t haven’t a good day.

Thank you to all the amazing dogs out there, we don’t deserve you ❤️
