As the cost of living continues to rise, many of our neighbors are finding it increasingly difficult to keep up with the cost of everyday essentials, including food. For older adults living on fixed incomes, making ends meet can be especially challenging. At North Beach Citizens, our community food pantry provides more than groceries-it offers meaningful support, nourishment, and a reminder that our neighbors are not alone. For older adults and others experiencing financial hardship, access to food can help ease the burden of rising expenses and allow them to stretch their limited resources to cover other essential needs.
Our food pantry is made possible through the generosity of our community, dedicated volunteers, and food donations. Every bag of groceries makes a difference and helps us continue our mission of serving the neighborhood.
