Łowiczanie Polish Folk Dance Ensemble of San Francisco We are a group of skilled and dedicated dancers, singers and musicians who present traditional music, song and dance from Poland.

Łowiczanie is a non-profit organization for everyone who is interested in Polish culture. It is mostly a second home shared by Polish-Americans who want to keep ties to the motherland and want to teach and continue to learn the priceless and rich history and culture of Poland. Thankfully, Łowiczanie was founded and is still being faithfully served by President Pani Krystyna Chciuk who is the heart

and soul of the dance ensemble and generally the SF Polonia in its entirety. Under her guidance, Łowiczanie has expanded into greater horizons. Without the help of our Artistic Director, Mary Kay Stuvland, and other past and present Board members, dancers, and devoted volunteers, Łowiczanie, would not be where it is after 37 years of existence. We welcome all to our home in the Mission District and hope that you will join us in all of our festivities!!! Many shows, socials, fundraisers, and more!!!

A big shout out to The Polish Folk Dance Association of the Americas and Piast Polish Dance Group for organizing & hosting such an incredible event & all the visiting artists & choreographers for leading us through some of our favorite dances & traditions!
