From Excursion Planner [Toastmaster]
I hope you're packing for our trip this Friday! Check out the attached agenda for a preview. We'll hear from three expert researchers [Speakers], including two visiting scientists, and then our Expedition Guide [Table Topics Master] will lead us through an interactive excursion.

As we head into the Antarctic Winter, expect long and dark nights. I need a volunteer to operate our signal lights so we stay on track [a.k.a. Be the Timer] and don't wander off course.
