☀️ As we welcome summer, we're making one final call to support our Weather Recovery Fundraiser. 🌦️

Our goal is to raise $5,000 to help nonprofits and artisans impacted by the severe weather during the first weekend of the Festival. For the next 2 weeks, if we reach $5,000, the SF Japantown Foundation will match it, in addition to the $5,000 they have already pledged, for a total of $10,000 to support our community nonprofits. 💙

🌸✨ Meet our next Executive Committee spotlight: Matt Nagatomi! ✨🌸 Matt has been a cornerstone of the Cherry Blossom Festival for over 20 years, including several years as our incredible co-chair. 🌟🙌 From his early days on the logistics committee to leading the Festival’s success, Matt’s passion and dedication shine through in every aspect of his work. 💪🌸

This year marks Matt’s final year as co-chair, but don’t worry, he’s not going anywhere! His commitment to the festival and community will continue to inspire us all. ❤️ Matt’s leadership, enthusiasm, and unwavering friendship have made him not only an amazing leader but also a true pillar of the Cherry Blossom Festival family. 🌺
