💙 Patient Testimony Spotlight: Erik’s Story
After living with a painful pilonidal cyst that made it difficult to work and even rest comfortably, Erik was referred to Operation Access for specialized surgical care.
With the support of Dr. Poornima Vanguri and the John Muir Health team, Erik received two procedures and ongoing follow-up care to fully resolve the issue.
Today, Erik is pain-free, fully recovered, and back to work. He described his experience as a true partnership, saying he felt heard and respected throughout his care.
