Terminology matters. Whether you’re preparing for the test, or you’re in the seat. Small terminology mistakes can cost points, and points determine who gets promoted.

That's the reality many candidates face. Terminology reflects thinking, and thinking drives decisions. 👀🔥

Thanks

“I am a Firefighter”
I don’t care if you’re a millionaire, or pauper.
I don’t care if you have a mansion, or a shack.
I don’t care what your politics, ethnicity or gender is.
I do care if you’re in trouble, and need my help.
I care if a life was saved, and that everyone is treated with dignity.
I will be there for you, on the worst day of your life.
I care. I will always care.
I am a Firefighter
