IPHIGENIA performances are this week! When we started making this show, we wanted to box ourselves into a tragedy and see what happened when we beat on the walls. Now, it’s time to bring everything into the theater and let our Iphigenia, Agamemnon, Achilles, and Chorus tell their story.

Today was our last studio run for IPHIGENIA and we head to the theater next week. We’ve been working on this show for a year and a half, but we’re already missing our sweet studio time together. There’s such care, admiration, trust, and eagerness to collectively push into places of discovery, to learn from each other, and to make the bad choices that help you find your way to the exciting ones.

We convinced Jordan Glenn to share a few words about composing the score for IPHIGENIA. There’s something really special about making a show where the movement, text, and movement are all being created to tell a story, particularly when it’s a full-length show and you can immerse yourself in the experience of everything coming together. We LOVE live music and are so honored to be working with both an incredible composer and an incredible band.
