San Francisco Transgender Empowerment Advocacy Mentorship Program - SF TEAM SF TEAM is a leadership program for the transgender community in San Francisco.

Our Goals:

To re-envision the network of community mobilizing events, safety and wellness services, and leadership opportunities for and by transgender and gender non-conforming people in San Francisco, and to advance safety and wellness for these communities overall. To harness a new generation of trans leaders with the skills & strategic perspectives to effectively confront, challenge, & change the social environment to better meet the
