Lifting Up Lives We build communities, that empower women affected by domestic violence by involving them in fun workouts and encouraging conversations

We currently conduct a program at A Woman's Place shelter in San Francisco. This program consists of MWF classes that consist of 35 minutes of ZUMBA® Fitness followed by 20 minutes of encouraging conversations center on qualities of character that are essential to living a life filled with hope, happiness and opportunity.
