Hi Everyone,

I hope you’re doing well! I’m excited to share that I’m currently involved in CARE which stands for the Collaborative Approach for Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders (AANHPI) Research and Education. It is a health registry specifically designed to increase Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) participation and representation in
Research.

This project is close to my heart, and I believe it has the potential to make a real impact. I’d love for you to consider enrolling into CARE or supporting this project. Whether it’s through participation, sharing with your network, or simply spreading the word, your involvement would
mean a lot.

You can enroll into CARE and learn more about it here: https://redcap.ucsf.edu/surveys/?s=XCFFJ9XKLPWEPTDH&adsource=jjavier

Let me know if you’d like more details or if there’s a good time to chat further.

Thank you for considering this opportunity!

Best regards,

Dr. Joyce Javier

“We cannot be what we cannot see.”
Dr. Richard Pan shared these words yesterday & I really thought this statement summed up how I felt yesterday at the conference at the beautiful Mission Bay campus . From speaking on a physician panel on caring for the underserved with an amazing group of colleagues (thank you Dr. Katherine Chua for bringing us together and moderating!) to encouraging attendees to use the for their own research studies & spread the word about the initiative study to attending the National Asian Physicians inaugural forum to meeting so many AANHPI pre-med and medical students, it was a great day in the Bay. Congratulations to all the conference planners!
