In Tales of Glory episode 159, we are in Saint Teresa of Avila's masterpiece on prayer, The Interior Castle, in the Sixth Mansion, Chapter 8 - Intellectual Visions. Saint Teresa shares how we can have a deep mystical experience, called an intellectual vision, in which we can sense and feel the presence of Jesus at our side for an extended period. This is another stage of intimacy in prayer in our interior prayer life, and the level of discernment necessary.
