We know it’s been a BUSY event season, and many of you are just getting home, unpacking suitcases and attempting to conquer that inbox. 😅 So we want to make sure these important 2026 BAMIES Awards Gala reminders don’t get lost in the shuffle:

🏨 HOTEL: The published room-block cutoff was October 15, so if you still need a room, check availability today before the block is closed.

🎟️ EARLY BIRD: Pricing is available through October 19. After that, ticket and table pricing increases.

🙋 PLANNERS: Want to attend as a hosted planner? Be sure to register next week to be considered for pairing with a supplier. Hosted attendance is limited and based on supplier seat availability.

🤝 TABLE SPONSORS: Don’t forget to submit the planners you are hosting so we can keep those important details moving.
