The Fifth Circuit Court has agreed with anti-immigrant Judge Hanen, and has sent the decision back for Hanen to decide on the future of DACA.

Today marks 10 years since DACA first came into existence. While hundreds of thousands of people have benefited from this program, it is not a permanent pathway to citizenship. May we honor the work of those who helped bring DACA to existence and pave the way to make a permanent solution a reality.

Hoy se cumple 10 años desde que DACA comenzó. Aunque cientos de miles de personas han beneficiado de este programa, aun no hay un camino permanente hacia la ciudadanía. Honremos el trabajo de aquellos que ayudaron a que DACA existiera y creó el camino para hacer realidad una solución permanente.
