Dolores Heights Improvement Club - DHIC The Dolores Heights Improvement Club is a volunteer residential neighborhood association in San Francisco, California.

The Dolores Heights Improvement Club is a volunteer residential neighborhood association established in the 1960’s and to address development pressures and other neighborhood issues. Membership is open to all persons owning property or residing within the area approximately bounded by the following four streets: Castro, 18th Street, Dolores Street and 22nd Street, including the buildings on both

sides of these boundary streets. We're cancelling the Spring Gathering that was planned for Saturday, June 13, because of delays with scheduling and logistics. We're sorry to not meet you as planned.
