Youth Policy Leaders

Youth Policy Leaders We are social justice leaders who fight for our community through grassroots organizing and policy advocacy.

Youth Policy Leaders (YPL) is a program at Bay Area Community Resources (BACR). Under YPL there are two campaigns: Health Rights (Focusing on healthy communities) and Immigrant Rights (focusing on creating a one-stop shop of resources for the undocumented community in SF). These campaigns are staffed by youth from the most in need communities of San Francisco.
